If you’re new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a while, this is the class for you. Each class focuses on a different aspect to yoga. Learn the basics so that you will feel comfortable to attend a large group class.

Our Foundational Yoga class is specifically designed to focus in on postural and structural alignment using foundational movements and poses. The semi-private setting allows Mandy to customize each class to appropriately challenge each individual in attendance. This allows beginners to accustom themselves to the practice of yoga, while more advanced yogis can refine their core practice while also taking it to the next level
