Alignment Yoga Classes

A mindful practice which helps to settle the nervous system, open the body, and move stagnant energy to restore vitality. The outer alignment keeps the practice safe for our joints and structure, the inner alignment opens our awareness to the state of the mind/body/breath.

Release tension patterns, de-stress the mind, build strength and flexibility as you learn to take yoga off the mat and into your daily life. Corporate Yoga Classes

Classes are offered to companies who want to promote wellness and decrease stress in their employees. Moving tables and chairs aside, we can turn the meeting room into a place of peace and a chance to restore energy for the workday. Turn lunchtime into a chance to move, breathe, and find some quiet. Private Yoga Classes
