Prioritizing mental health and assuring that we are as mentally strong as we are physical is imperative. Through education and lived experiences it is my aim to aid in finding balance and setting and obtaining your goals. It is my personal goal to connect with you by providing a safe space and work together to overcome barriers and achieve mental wellness.
My passion in mental health and mental wellness is centered around helping adolescents and adults identify needs in strength based approach and work towards overcoming barrier hindering success. Utilizing client focused therapeutic approaches, together we will identify current, past and future challenges and work towards overcoming each challenge.
